I don't know if you remember the TWA Airline (I certainly don't), but I heared a nice little story concerning this airline, yesterday.

This particular airline was very brand-concious - you know, they'd advertise themselves at every available opportunity - and the hostesses were the main advocates of this style of business. They'd go around saying things like, 'Welcome to TWA Airlines, I hope you enjoy your time on board this TWA Aircraft' and 'Can I get you any TWA merchandise?'. Things like that.

So, there was this chap who was flying over to Finland, on board a TWA Plane. The hostess rolled up with the drinks trolley in front of her, stopped besides the chap, and asked him, 'Would you like any of our TWA Coffee, sir?'

Unfortunately, he was a tea drinker.
