Well I've decided to leave that short paragraph (still a long sentence) in for two reasons:

1) I can't be bothered exploring it further at the moment, and

2) I've just remembered that music is subjective, and there isn't really a definitive way of testing someone's ability to recognise beautiful music. Well, there sort of might be: there's a strong argument that people who like rap wouldn't be able to recognise beauty in music - they'd (most probably) listen to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata and be completely non-plussed and unmoved.

Alright, I did have something else to mention, but I've completely forgotten what it was. But I will say, 'I'm sorry for neglecting this precious blog of mine, and also for not nurturing the friendships I've made through it.' The main excuse is that I haven't been feeling up to it. But now that I've made this small step, I should be back here again soon, to make some giant philosophical leaps and... well, I can't think of anything to round that off nicely. But I'll be back. Don't worry.

Oh, but before I disappear back to my land: the more observant ones among you will have noticed a couple of comments attached to my previous post. What I'm driving at, is: Would anyone care to hear some music that I made a good while ago? Greame (sorry for not keeping in touch - that goes for Nick and Minimus aswell; Ad's a mate from outside of here, so we have been in contact; that's everyone sorted) I've assumed that it's recent music that you want to hear, but if you want to hear some of my immaturer stuff, just give me a nudge in the right direction.
